The simplest way is to send a message via WhatsApp. Just let us know the date you need, the type of product you want and the occasion. We reply quickly and confirm availability with you.

What information should I send when ordering?

The essentials are: the date you need it for, the type of product (cake, marshmallow, box), the number of people or quantity, and any flavour or decoration preferences. If you have visual references, you can send a photo, which makes everything much easier.

Can I order directly via WhatsApp?

Yes, WhatsApp is our main channel. The whole process, from the first message to confirmation and the deposit, happens on WhatsApp. No forms or accounts needed.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's confirmed?

Small changes are generally possible if you let us know with enough notice. Cancellations close to the date may result in loss of the deposit, as ingredients will already have been purchased. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change anything.

Do you accept orders for larger events?

Yes, as long as there is enough notice. For events with many guests or multiple orders, we recommend contacting us 2 to 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and quality.

How far in advance should I order?

It depends on what you want. Simple marshmallow boxes may be possible with 2 to 3 days' notice. Cakes with basic decoration need 4 to 5 days. For custom or more elaborate cakes, we recommend 1 to 2 weeks. The earlier you order, the better your chances of securing your date.

We always try to find a solution. If your date is soon, contact us straight away via WhatsApp and we'll check availability and what can be done. We can't guarantee last-minute orders, but when it's feasible, we do it.

How much notice is needed for a custom order?

For custom orders, with a specific theme, elaborate decoration or original concept, we recommend at least 1 to 2 weeks. The more complex the creation, the more time is needed to ensure quality.
